I have forgotten my login / my password, what should I do?

Your login is simply your email address.

Just click on the ‘Lost your password?’ button on the connexion page. Enter your email address. you will receive a link by mail to reset your password.

How can I place an order?

You can place your order with Lamp and Co by Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or by telephone from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.

To order an item online just click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button next to the item, if needed, select the correct options (colour, size, quantity).

Once your selection is complete, go to your basket by clicking on the basket logo at the top of the page.

Check your order.

Choose your delivery mode then click ‘Proceed to checkout’.

Complete all the information needed for the delivery. Please do not forget any information (building, floor, door-codes, etc).

Choose your means of payment.

Confirm your order by clicking on the ‘Place order’ button.

You will then proceed with payment of your order, which will formalize the sales contract with Lamp and Co in a firm and final manner.

If you choose to pay with Paypal or by credit card you may proceed with payment of your order on the secure server.

If you choose to pay using a secure bank transfer, we will send you our IBAN so that you can proceed with the transfer. The parcel will be sent within 1 to 2 working days days following payment.

If you choose to pay on collection, you will receive an email confirming your order and the address in Moret sur Loing where you can pick up your selection.

How to use a promotion code?

First please check the conditions of use of your code: period of validity, products concerned, minimum purchase, etc. A code is never refundable. Some codes can only be used once and can not be combined.

If you have a Lamp and Co promotional code, you will be able to enter it in the “Coupon code” box in your basket. Do not forget to click “Apply coupon” to activate the code.

Note that for some special codes (birthday etc.), you must be logged in. Be sure to enter your e-mail and password before entering the promotional code.

How do the gift vouchers work?

Valid 1 year from the date of purchase, this is the ideal way to please with a touch of design or vintage available at Lamp and Co. Choose the amount you want to offer: 30 €, 50 €, 75 €, 100 €, 150 €, 200 € and even more if you wish to add them up!

Give us the email address of the person to whom you wish to offer your gift in the shipping details box just before placing your order.

You can also include the message you want to appear on your gift card. The card will be sent by e-mail to the lucky one on a specific day if desired.

How do I add items to my wish list?

You just need to click on the heart next to or under the item. If it turns grey : done, it has been added. Your selection will be saved.

Payment and Delivery

What means of payment does Lamp and Co accept?

Lamp and Co offers you different payment methods: credit card, Paypal and bank transfer. French residents may also pay by check.

Are taxes included?

The price does not include taxes (VAT non applicable, art.293B du CGI).

However, all orders are subject to potential customs taxes and fees of the country of destination. Your order may be detained and you might have to pay additional taxes and fees. The fees will have to be paid by the recipient of the package.

Unfortunately, we do not have any control of the amount of fees and we are not able to determine the amount since the customs policies and the importation taxes vary from one country to another.

What are the delivery options?

Pick up at the workshop (free)

If you wish to come and get your items in Moret sur Loing in Seine et Marne, we will contact you to organize an appointment.

Colissimo (France, Europe, rest of the world)

For standard packages weighing less than 30 kgs (France & Europe) or less than 20 kgs (rest of the World) and which dimensions (W + H + L) do not exceed 2 meters.

Packages are delivered within 48-72 hours (France), 4 to 10 days (Europe and rest of the World) from Monday to Saturday morning, except for national holidays. The order shall be delivered to the address indicated on the order slip. If there is no one present to sign for the package, a note will be left at the address so that you can pick up your package at your nearest post office.

In France, parcels are kept at the post office for 15 calendar days. A form of identification is required in order to retrieve your parcel. If the package is not picked up within the time frame specified by the shipper, the items will be returned to Lamp and Co.

Mondial Relay (France)

Delivery will take place within 48 hours from Tuesday to Saturday, except national holidays, within a time frame that varies from 08:00 to 21:00 according to the business and location (urban or rural) of the chosen Delivery Point, no delivery will take place on Mondays. You can choose your closest Delivery Point. You will be informed of the availability of your package at your Delivery Point by e-mail. A form of identification will be required in order to receive your package.

Specialised carrier after quote (France & Europe).

For larger packages we call upon specialised carriers after quote. The price will depend on the items to ship and the address to deliver them to.

When your order requires a quote, the delivery times may be longer, sometimes up to several weeks depending on the delivery address and the carrier’s schedule. However you will be notified of the delivery dates before the settlement.

Specialised carrier after quote (rest of the world).

We do our best to find delivery options for larger items, but the prices offered are often dissuasive/off-putting (ex : 2000€ for a single bamboo bed to the USA) and sometimes we do not even get any offers.

If you have a solution, you are more than welcome to organize the transport.

Delivery to and around Paris.

If you live in Paris we can organize a delivery for a minimum fee of 40 €, depending on the items ordered.

Delivery precaution

During the delivery of your order, it is important to check that your package has not been damaged during transport. This must be done in the presence of the deliveryman. If the packaging of your package and/or the item(s) is/are damaged, you must enter the details of the damage on the delivery slip. You can also refuse the delivery. The delivery slip will be an important document in case of compensation requests (refunds, exchanges) to Lamp and Co or the shipping company.

Customs

If you have placed an order for delivery outside of the European Union, please note that custom fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination. As your order will be held by customs, you may be asked to pay these fees and taxes. The receiver must pay these fees.
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the amount imposed nor are we able to estimate the fees as the customs regulations vary from country to country.

Exchange and return

I made a mistake. Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

It depends on the progress of your order. Check your order’s status: if it has already been sent it will be too late, you will have to return the item.

If not please contact customer services, with your number of order and the reference of the product(s) either by email: ([email protected]) or phone: (+ 33 6 52 05 42 84) from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.

I changed my mind, may I return the item(s)?

We try to be as precise as possible when describing the items. Please read the descriptions carefully and have a close look at the photos provided. We really try to show every little flaw an item may have. Do not hesitate to ask for more info and/or photos.

In any case, you have every right to change your mind; in that case here are the steps to follow to return an item:

  • within 48H of receiving your order send us a return request available online here or contact us by mail at [email protected].
  • You will then receive an email providing all the info needed to return the item.

You will pay for the outbound and return shipping fees. A refund of the item’s amount will be processed as soon as the item is received by LampandCo.

My item is damaged, what should I do?

Our stock is in Moret sur Loing in Seine et Marne 70 kms south of Paris (a 1 hour drive or 50 minutes from Gare de Lyon by train if you come from Paris).

What if a product is not available anymore?

Unless stated otherwise, the product is available.

If you really have a crush on an item which is not available anymore do not hesitate to send us a wanted mail. It is not that easy to find the same piece of vintage but it happens, you would be the first to know.
