CONDITION
Numerous signs of wear on the leather, including scratches, rub marks, and a small tear.
The tabletop of the armrests has turned yellowish with time.
The foam in the 2 seat cushions has been replaced because it was falling into pieces.
The mattress cover is torn. It would be worthwhile to replace it.
